100% uptime SLA
We are the first in Latvia to guarantee 100% uptime and availability of our services. If we fail to meet this guarantee, we will provide a fair compensation to each client upon request. The amount of compensation is 1.7% of the respective client's monthly bill (including all discounts) for each minute the service is not available, but not more than 100% of the said bill in any given month. That means that if your webpage is not available for more than an hour, you won't have to pay for the next month of hosting. The request for compensation should be filed to info@serveriem.lv within 30 days of the event.
There are some expections to this guarantee, though (short list, for full description, see terms of service): events outside of our control (acts of other persons, entities or nature, including force-majeure and DoS attacks), scheduled maintenance of which clients are notified using our twitter account @serveriem_lv and short interruptions (up to 2 minutes).
